Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a third.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and coat thoroughly in seasoned breadcrumbs.

  5. Warm BBQ sauce and honey together in a small saucepan.
