Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a third.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and coat thoroughly in seasoned breadcrumbs.

- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Add potatoes to the sauce and gently toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
