Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded, chopped, or crispy tenders)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or mozzarella sticks
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Mayonnaise, ranch dressing, or hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder or Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
  • Optional extras: spinach leaves, tomato slices, red onion, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Lay out a tortilla and spread with mayo, ranch, or hot sauce if using.
  2. Add cooked chicken to the center, season lightly, and top with mozzarella.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
  4. Brush or spray the outside of the wrap with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Let the wrap rest 1–2 minutes before slicing and serving.
