Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded, chopped, or crispy tenders)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or mozzarella sticks
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- Mayonnaise, ranch dressing, or hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder or Italian seasoning (optional)
- Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
- Optional extras: spinach leaves, tomato slices, red onion, jalapeños
Instructions
- Lay out a tortilla and spread with mayo, ranch, or hot sauce if using.
- Add cooked chicken to the center, season lightly, and top with mozzarella.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Brush or spray the outside of the wrap with olive oil or melted butter.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Let the wrap rest 1–2 minutes before slicing and serving.
