Ingredients

  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 package (16 oz) white almond bark (or white chocolate chips)
  • 2 cups unsalted peanuts (or a mix of peanuts and other nuts)
  • Optional:
    • Holiday sprinkles
    • Crushed pretzels
    • Mini marshmallows
    • Toffee bits
    • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add peanuts to the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Layer semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white almond bark on top. Do not stir.
  3. Set the slow cooker to LOW and cook for 2 hours.
  4. After 1 hour, gently stir the mixture. Stir again after 2 hours, when everything is fully melted.
  5. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Add sprinkles or other toppings immediately while the candy is still warm.
  7. Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate to set faster.
