Ingredients
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1½ cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 package (16 oz) white almond bark (or white chocolate chips)
- 2 cups unsalted peanuts (or a mix of peanuts and other nuts)
- Optional:
- Holiday sprinkles
- Crushed pretzels
- Mini marshmallows
- Toffee bits
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Add peanuts to the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Layer semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white almond bark on top. Do not stir.
- Set the slow cooker to LOW and cook for 2 hours.
- After 1 hour, gently stir the mixture. Stir again after 2 hours, when everything is fully melted.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Add sprinkles or other toppings immediately while the candy is still warm.
- Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate to set faster.
Notes
- Use any combination of nuts like almonds, pecans, or cashews.
- Swap some chocolate chips with butterscotch or dark chocolate for variety.
- Add pretzels or cereal for a salty-sweet crunch.
- Drizzle with melted white or dark chocolate after scooping for decoration.
- Store at room temp, in fridge, or freeze for longer storage.
