Ingredients

  • 23 scoops coffee ice cream (or vanilla + 1 tsp instant coffee)
  • 1/4 cup cold brewed coffee or 1 shot of chilled espresso
  • 1/41/2 cup milk (adjust to desired thickness)
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp sugar or sweetener (to taste)
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate shavings, caramel drizzle, crushed cookies

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coffee ice cream, cold brewed coffee, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with sugar or sweetener if needed.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream and your favorite toppings.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use less milk for a thicker shake, or add a few ice cubes for extra chill.
  • Swap in chocolate ice cream or cocoa powder for a mocha twist.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for an energy-boosting version.
  • To make it without ice cream, blend frozen banana, coffee, milk, and a bit of vanilla or Greek yogurt.
