Ingredients
- 2–3 scoops coffee ice cream (or vanilla + 1 tsp instant coffee)
- 1/4 cup cold brewed coffee or 1 shot of chilled espresso
- 1/4–1/2 cup milk (adjust to desired thickness)
- Optional: 1–2 tsp sugar or sweetener (to taste)
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate shavings, caramel drizzle, crushed cookies
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coffee ice cream, cold brewed coffee, and milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with sugar or sweetener if needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream and your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Use less milk for a thicker shake, or add a few ice cubes for extra chill.
- Swap in chocolate ice cream or cocoa powder for a mocha twist.
- Add a scoop of protein powder for an energy-boosting version.
- To make it without ice cream, blend frozen banana, coffee, milk, and a bit of vanilla or Greek yogurt.
