  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries with Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup if using.
  2. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray, forming clusters.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour or until clusters are firm.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate or spoon chocolate over the top.
  6. Place coated clusters back on the tray and freeze for another 30–60 minutes until chocolate is set.
  7. Store in a sealed container in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen.

Notes

  • Use blueberries, raspberries, or mango for variety.

  • Flavored yogurt (like vanilla or strawberry) adds sweetness.
  • Let clusters sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating.
  • Double-dip in chocolate for a thicker coating.
