Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or semi-sweet)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries with Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray, forming clusters.
- Freeze for 1 hour or until clusters are firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate or spoon chocolate over the top.
- Place coated clusters back on the tray and freeze for another 30–60 minutes until chocolate is set.
- Store in a sealed container in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen.
Notes
- Use blueberries, raspberries, or mango for variety.
- Stir granola or chopped nuts into the yogurt for texture.
- Flavored yogurt (like vanilla or strawberry) adds sweetness.
- Let clusters sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating.
- Double-dip in chocolate for a thicker coating.
