Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon thyme

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
