- 8 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
- 2–3 tbsp cream cheese powder or cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cherry gelatin powder or cherry drink mix
- Optional add-ins: Dried cherries, Freeze-dried cherry pieces, Cherry baking chips, Crushed graham crackers (for “crust” flavor)
Instructions
- Measure Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 20–30 second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in cream cheese powder or pudding mix until evenly combined.
- Pour melted mixture over cereal and gently toss until well coated.
- In a large zip-top bag, combine powdered sugar and cherry gelatin powder.
- Add coated cereal to the bag, seal, and shake until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet to cool and set before storing.
Notes
- Add crushed graham crackers for classic cheesecake crust flavor.
- Use freeze-dried cherries for a natural fruity twist.
- Avoid refrigeration to prevent stickiness.
- Drizzle extra melted white chocolate on top for more indulgence.
