Instructions
- Wash, peel, and chop the carrots, beets, and apple into pieces suitable for your juicer or blender.
- For juicer: Run the carrots, beets, and apple through the juicer. Stir in the lemon juice.
- For blender: Add the carrots, beets, apple, lemon juice, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag if a smoother texture is desired.
- Serve immediately, chilled if preferred.
Notes
- Add a small piece of ginger for a spicy kick.
- Blend in cucumber or celery for added freshness.
- Add a splash of orange juice for extra sweetness and vitamin C.
