Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the carrots, beets, and apple into pieces suitable for your juicer or blender.
  2. For juicer: Run the carrots, beets, and apple through the juicer. Stir in the lemon juice.
  3. For blender: Add the carrots, beets, apple, lemon juice, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag if a smoother texture is desired.
