Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts or 46 chicken tenders
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or ranch dressing
  • Oil or butter for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Coat each piece in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken and toss it in buffalo sauce until well coated.
  5. Lightly toast the hamburger buns with butter or oil.
  6. Spread mayonnaise or ranch dressing on the buns.
  7. Place the buffalo chicken on the bottom bun.
  8. Add lettuce and tomato slices.
  9. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
