Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts or 4–6 chicken tenders
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or ranch dressing
- Oil or butter for cooking
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat each piece in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken and toss it in buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Lightly toast the hamburger buns with butter or oil.
- Spread mayonnaise or ranch dressing on the buns.
- Place the buffalo chicken on the bottom bun.
- Add lettuce and tomato slices.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.

- For a lighter version, grill or bake the chicken instead of frying.
- Use brioche buns for a softer and richer texture.
- Add cheese like cheddar or mozzarella for extra flavor.
- Mix buffalo sauce with butter or honey to reduce spiciness.
