- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and half the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Optional: Top with crumbled blue cheese and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Substitute ranch with blue cheese dressing for a stronger flavor.
- For a healthier version, swap half the cream cheese with Greek yogurt.
