Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 tsp bubblegum flavoring (to taste)
  • Pink food coloring (or other pastel gel food colors)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for fluffiness)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in bubblegum flavoring.
  4. Divide the mixture into bowls and add different pastel food colorings to each portion.
  5. Spoon colored mixtures into the prepared pan randomly. Swirl using a skewer or knife to create a marbled effect.
  6. Gently press mini marshmallows and sprinkles on top, if using.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
