4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)
½ cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Preheat the Broiler: Set your broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of the lobster tail shells, exposing the meat. Carefully pull the meat out, leaving it attached at the base, and lay the lobster meat on top of the shell.
Arrange the Lobster Tails: Place the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice, cooking for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Coat the Lobster Tails: Spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster tails, ensuring the meat is fully covered.
Broil the Lobster: Broil the lobster tails for 6–8 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned on top.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Herb-Infused Butter: For added flavor, infuse the butter with fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary before mixing in the garlic and cream.
Spicy Kick: Add red pepper flakes to the sauce for a spicy version.
Cheese Lovers: Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan on top of the lobster tails before broiling for an extra layer of flavor.
