Ingredients

  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (basil, mint, or parsley), chopped
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese or goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans), roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
