Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the sliced bananas to a blender.
- Pour in the milk, vanilla ice cream, sugar or honey, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more milk or ice cream if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas with brown spots for the best sweetness.
- Frozen bananas can replace ice cream for a lighter or dairy-free version.
- Non-dairy milks like almond, oat, or soy work well.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be re-blended.
