Ingredients

½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup chopped pecans

1 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half

2 ribs celery, sliced thin

2 apples (Gala, Fuji, Granny Smith, or your preferred variety), diced

Optional Dressing:

Greek yogurt and honey (for creaminess)

Vinaigrette or honey-mustard dressing

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the pecans, slice the celery, and cut the grapes in half to make them bite-sized. Dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. (If you prefer, you can toss the apples in a little lemon juice to prevent browning.)

Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, halved grapes, and sliced celery.

Add Apples: Toss in the diced apples. You can use any type of apple you like, such as Fuji, Gala, or Granny Smith, depending on your flavor preference.

Optional Dressing: If you’d like a creamy twist, toss the salad with a light dressing like a mixture of Greek yogurt and honey, or a vinaigrette for a tangy finish.

Serve: Once everything is mixed together, serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes for a colder, more refreshing dish.

Notes

Cheese Add-In: For a richer flavor, add crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese.

Protein Option: Make the salad more filling by adding grilled chicken, turkey, or shrimp.

Nut Substitutes: If you don’t have pecans, feel free to use walnuts or almonds for a different flavor profile.

Dried Fruit Swap: Use raisins or dried cherries instead of cranberries for a different taste.
