Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, shredded cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional cream cheese or ranch. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out a tortilla and spoon filling into the center. Fold sides in and roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Lightly spray each wrap with olive oil or brush with melted butter for extra crispiness.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket without touching.
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Let rest 1 minute before slicing and serving hot.
Notes
- Use barbecue sauce for a smoky twist.
- Add sautéed onions, peppers, or spinach for extra veggies.
- Try Tex-Mex style with taco seasoning and salsa.
- Make it a breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs and sausage.
- Wraps can be frozen up to 2 months and reheated from frozen at 325°F for 10–12 minutes in the air fryer.
