Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or rotisserie)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, or a blend)
  • 4 flour or low-carb tortillas
  • 23 tablespoons hot sauce or buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese or ranch dressing (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for crisping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, shredded cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional cream cheese or ranch. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and spoon filling into the center. Fold sides in and roll up tightly like a burrito.
  3. Lightly spray each wrap with olive oil or brush with melted butter for extra crispiness.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket without touching.
  5. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  6. Let rest 1 minute before slicing and serving hot.

Notes

  • Use barbecue sauce for a smoky twist.
  • Add sautéed onions, peppers, or spinach for extra veggies.
  • Try Tex-Mex style with taco seasoning and salsa.
  • Make it a breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs and sausage.
  • Wraps can be frozen up to 2 months and reheated from frozen at 325°F for 10–12 minutes in the air fryer.
